How this works
My coaching engagements follow a structured, results-driven framework designed to strengthen leadership effectiveness and drive organizational impact.
Step 01:
Step up
I'll ask you to begin by sharing with me a brief overview of your current role, leadership context, and goals for coaching. This short intake helps establish clarity and focus from the start.
Step 02:
Discovery session
If it seems we might be a good fit, we’ll schedule a complimentary 45-minute discovery session. During this conversation, I’ll learn more about current challenges, and aspirations. You’ll also experience my coaching style directly as we explore a specific, real-time challenge you’re facing.
Step 03:
Engagement and priority setting
We’ll move into a formal engagement—typically ten sessions held weekly or bi-weekly. When appropriate, this phase can include 360-degree interviews with colleagues to gather key insights.
Drawing from these conversations, we’ll create a Coaching Priority Plan that defines your goals, key themes, and focus areas. This document becomes the roadmap for our work together.
Step 04:
Implementation and adjustment
As coaching progresses, we’ll regularly review your Coaching Priority Plan—assessing progress, refining goals, and adapting strategies. The focus remains on measurable growth and sustainable behavioral change.
Step 05:
Review and forward planning
In our final session, we’ll evaluate results, highlight key outcomes, and identify strategies to maintain momentum and sustain your growth trajectory long after our engagement concludes.

FAQ
Find the answers to the most frequently asked questions about my work. If your question isn't listed, please feel free to contact me directly.
We begin with a relaxed, complimentary conversation about your goals and challenges. I’ll share my approach, and we’ll do a short coaching session so you can experience what working together feels like. There’s no pressure—if it’s a good fit, you’ll know.
I work primarily with senior leaders in the fields of climate change and progressive politics.
Clients often come to coaching feeling stretched, overloaded, or stuck—despite being deeply committed to meaningful work. Common themes include navigating high-stakes leadership decisions, managing stress and burnout, communicating more effectively, leading through complexity and change, and finding greater clarity, ease, and alignment in how they lead and live.
Everything we discuss is confidential. When coaching is sponsored by your organization, we’ll jointly develop a Coaching Priority Plan to share with your supervisor or board, and you’ll provide a short closing report summarizing outcomes. The content of our sessions remains private.
