Effective Communication: A Virtual NVC Workshop
Do you ever feel unheard — at work, at home, or with the people who matter most? Do conversations sometimes turn into tension, misunderstandings, or worse — silence? You’re not alone — and there’s a clear, proven way to change that.
Effective Communication: A Virtual NVC Workshop with Adam Berman is a transformative, practical experience designed to help you navigate even your most challenging relationships with clarity, presence, and compassion.
What You’ll Gain

- Speak your truth clearly — without blame, frustration, or confusion
- Listen so others feel truly understood — strengthening trust and connection
- Turn conflict into curiosity and collaboration — even with people who push your buttons
- Bring compassion and confidence into both personal and professional relationships
These aren’t just ideas — they’re practical communication skills you can use immediately in reallife.

FAQ
Find the answers to the most frequently asked questions about my work. If your question isn't listed, please feel free to contact me directly.
We begin with a relaxed, complimentary conversation about your goals and challenges. I’ll share my approach, and we’ll do a short coaching session so you can experience what working together feels like. There’s no pressure—if it’s a good fit, you’ll know.
I work primarily with senior leaders in the fields of climate change and progressive politics.
Clients often come to coaching feeling stretched, overloaded, or stuck—despite being deeply committed to meaningful work. Common themes include navigating high-stakes leadership decisions, managing stress and burnout, communicating more effectively, leading through complexity and change, and finding greater clarity, ease, and alignment in how they lead and live.
Everything we discuss is confidential. When coaching is sponsored by your organization, we’ll jointly develop a Coaching Priority Plan to share with your supervisor or board, and you’ll provide a short closing report summarizing outcomes. The content of our sessions remains private.
